OLEOX ® consists100% of organic olive fruits and is a completely aqueous liquid. OLEOX ® is obtained by bioliquefaction of fresh olives, selected among the richest in biophenols and derived from organic certified agriculture. After the bioliquefaction of the fruit through our biotechnological process,a series ofbiorefining steps are performed in order to convert oleuropein, the main phenolic component ofolives, into hydroxytyrosol, a muchmore active molecule. OLEOX ® has a total phenolic concentration up to 50-fold higher than extra virgin olive oil.

We believe that the total antiradical activity is not the only important feature inevaluating an antioxidant product. The rate of radical inactivation is also very important in order to prevent the damage caused by these molecules. We tested OLEOX ® in our laboratories,proving that the active principles contained in our products are already active within the first few minutes, inactivating the free radicals.
